During 2012-2014, only sixty-seven from 120 commercial companies under research have filed their financial statements to NRC. Among them, Albanian Power Corporation JSC (KESH SHA) has the highest amount of obligations in the balance sheet liability 2014 running at ALL 107. Transmission System Operator (OST) and Vlora POWER PLANT JSC has also high liabilities amounting to ALL 10 billion during a three year period.

Albanian Power Corporation JSC (KESH SHA) with the highest amount of liabilities has a debt ratio of 84% in 2014. So, this company’s obligations get 84% of the liability. The other ratio of the same company shows that for every 1 ALL of financing with its own equity, it funds ALL 5.31 on credit.
Vlora POWER PLANT JSC recorded the highest ratio of liabilities to equity in 2014, which amounted to 443.4 times. TREATMENT OF STUDENTS JSC in Gjirokastra, which is financed by its own capital at a rate of 100%, reflects the best situation concerning solvency during this year.
