The list of 100 tenders with the highest value that have been developed during 2021 has been published.
The list issued by “Open Data Albania” shows that the tender with the highest value announced and finalized by public authorities in the country during 2021 is the construction of the Llogara Tunnel in the road section Orikum-Himara part of the highway Vlora – Saranda.
This tender has a value of 18 967 810 952 ALL and was won by a union of Turkish operators İNTEKAR YAPI LTD. ŞTİ. This tender was procured by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
While the total value of the 100 largest tenders is about 77 billion ALL. In the 100 tenders with the highest values, 15 of them are of the Albanian Road Authority. ARA has tendered several axes mainly in the territory of Tirana, such as the works on the Outer Ring with Tears, Shqiponja Square to the Tirana River, etc.
