Number of citizens in official electors list. Electoral process 2009, 2011, 2013

Open Data Albania researched over the total number of electors in electors list for two recent election processes of 2009 and 2011 and also the process that is going to happen in June 2013. The overall trend noticed regarding the number of citizens on the list from 2009 in 2013 was upwards. In 2009 , on the list there were in total 3 084 946 electors, continuing with 3 199 554 electors in 2011 and 3,274,255 for the lections of June 2013, an official data generated by CEC.

For 2013 the county that has the highest number of electors was Tirana experiencing a growth from 2011 at about 4.35%, while the county that has the lowest amount of electors on the list was Kukësi, but in the same time this county had the highest growth from all the counties at about 5.1%.

From 2011 to 2013 there have been some counties which had a shrink on their electors number. These counties were Korça at 4.51% shrink and Elbasani with 1.01% shrink.
