Open Data Albania is investigating the financial liabilities that the distribution operators of audiovisual media have toward AMA and unauthorized transmissions in 2014. During this year, financial liabilities toward AMA amounted to ALL 271 296 702. Out of this amount, ALL 97,820,970 are liabilities for licenses accumulated over the years, ALL 4,334,400 are fees for radio television services and ALL 169,141,332 for penalties.

Televisions have the highest liabilities toward AMA amounting to ALL 173 946 900 or 64% of the total. Liabilities of Shijak TV to AMA are among the highest amounting to ALL 123,784,000, out of which ALL 2,645,600 for licenses, ALL 1,538,400 for fees for radio television services and ALL 119.6 million for penalties.

Cable televisions on the other hand record a total of liabilities of ALL 97,349,802, out of which ALL 49,592,470 for licenses and ALL 47,757,332 for penalties. Cable television with the highest values of liabilities is TV K Albania Tirana respectively with a total of ALL 6,250,000 in liabilities.
