Labor costs include the value of payments to employees, gross wages, social security contributions paid by employers, vocational training costs, recruitment costs and those for clothing, housing or other employment taxes.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From one hundred and twenty commercial companies under research, which were publicized in the NRC database, information about only sixty-eight of them was found in this database.<\/p>\n<p>In the years 2012-2014, <a href=\"\/en\/corporates\/view\/id\/759\/cat_id\/3\">ALBCONTROL <\/a>association had the highest labor cost. In 2014, the cost for human resources of this association was ALL 1.2 billion. To analyze this aspect, the coverage as a percentage of labor costs from the annual turnover of the company is calculated. The company with the most positive indicator is NDERKOMUNALE BUSHA, a small company with the value of labor costs of ALL 855 thousand and an annual turnover of ALL 24 million.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><b>Coverage of the Labor Costs from Annual Turnover (in percentage), JSC with a Public Institution as a shareholder 2014<br \/><\/b>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/12uv2atJsMK1J6yZHzvoU16dYT_ollXWhtpmTi-ZaEhI\/pubchart?oid=754074852&amp;format=interactive\" width=\"600\" height=\"371\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" seamless=\"\"><\/iframe>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><sup>Source: National registration Center (NCR)<br \/>Comments and analysis: ODA<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Companies, which have declared a turnover of ALL 0, or otherwise are funded entirely by public funds because they cannot cover their own costs of operation are <a href=\"\/en\/corporates\/view\/id\/735\/cat_id\/3\">ALBMINIERA JSC<\/a>, <a href=\"\/en\/corporates\/view\/id\/724\/cat_id\/3\">Tirana Stock Exchange JSC<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/corporates\/view\/id\/62\/cat_id\/3\">KRWM JSC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Companies, which during 2014 had a turnover of less than the cost of labor or otherwise managed to cover only a portion of these costs are eighteen, 14 of which have a coverage of over 50%.
