This indicator is published by the Institute of Public Health. The indicator is provided in percentage, showing defects of 2020 as a year affected by the lockdown situation, with movement being more difficult due to the pandemic. It is two vaccines for children for which in 2020 there was a decrease in vaccination coverage. Thus, the Children Vaccination for Tuberculosis dropped from 98.9% in 2019 to 97.9%. The regression is even deeper in another mandatory and important public health vaccine, such as the one for Measles-Rubella-Mumps group. This vaccine has dropped from 95% to 91% a year ago. The 4% decrease marks a problematic moment in terms of health safety and further public confidence in the vaccination process.
