This is the second Normative Act approved to amend the State Budget for 2022. The budget was already amended earlier by Normative Act no. 3 of March 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both amendments made to the State Budget by the Government consist of reductions in spending for the four Health Sector Programs. The plan for Health approved on July 29 cuts the Health budget by <strong>5%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, the Primary Health Care Services Budget Program is cut by 10%. This item was initially planned to be ALL 8.805 billion, but the July amendments through a normative act reduced it to ALL 7.948 billion. Such an amount allocated to primary health care for spending falls to the lowest level of spending in the last five years.
