Public Institutions have enrolled 19% fewer students in 2021. Meanwhile, non-public Institutions and Universities have undergone an increase in the number of enrollments for 2021, by 20%. Noli&#8221; University in Kor\u00e7\u00eb is producing more graduates than before.
