Audiovisual Medias are licensed by the AMA and categorized as: National Private Licensed Audiovisual Entities and Private Analogue Audiovisual Entities. Other deregistered entities are <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K64303005T\">TV Lobi<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/L02212502M\">TV Premium Channel<\/a>, the latter absorbed by <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/L72414030K\">Premium Media<\/a>. Three of the media have suspended their activity and two of them have had their licenses revoked by the AMA, specifically <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/L21708023A\">AGONSET<\/a> who wons the licence to <em>Agon Channel<\/em> TV and <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K01809005G\">TV BALLKAN<\/a> who owns the licence of <em>A1 Report <\/em>Television. The following analysis will take under examination only the information regarding business entities with an active License and NIPT, 36 entities in total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total capital of active Audiovisual Media companies on March 1, 2023 reached the value of ALL 4.2 billion. Listed as second is <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/search?partner=Alba%2BGINA\">Alba Gina<\/a>, with a capital worth of ALL 598 milion, shareholder in Tv Klan and Digitalb Tv. Andera Nako is the final owner through the majority shareholder that is \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/L53719002Q\">PANDA GROUP<\/a>\u201d, whereas <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/search?partner=Irfan%2BHysenbelliu\">Irfan Hysenbelliu<\/a> is the final owner by way of &nbsp;\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K22112005E\">PANORAMA GROUP<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ninety percent of the <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K11405004N\">Fax News<\/a> shares are owned by \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/L62011011A\">KEDO GROUP<\/a>\u201d, whose final owners &nbsp;are Kevin Hysenbelli, Donika Hysenbelli and Enkeleda Hysenbelli, each owning an equal stake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esat Boyku turns out to be the final owner of <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K01711004F\">ABC News<\/a> Television, behind a chain of shareholders. ABC News shareholder is the company shoq\u00ebria \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/L91911028V\">A.B.C. MANAGEMENT<\/a>\u201d, which turns out to own 100% of the shares owned by the company \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/M22207035F\">MEDIA HOLDING<\/a>\u201d, which is in turn owned 100% by Esat Bojku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K71616017T\">A2<\/a> Television, with sole shareholder the company <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.al\/sq\/nipt\/K58615301M\">\u201cGENER 2\u201d<\/a>, is owned by Bashkim Ulaj, Astrit Ulaj dhe Ahmet Ulaj. Samir Mane has the highest indirectly controlled stake, worth ALL 329 million, followed by Lorela and Sara Hoxha with a capital value of around ALL 35 million each.
