Open Data Albania has examined the revenue and profit, for the year 2022, of the business company licensed as audiovisual media. Based on the International Accounting (IAS) and Financial Reporting Standards, revenue is the gross receipt of an economic return during a certain economic period, which is a common activity for an economic pension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The data used for research purposes were obtained from the National Business Center (NBC) and only include statistics concerning companies with an active License <\/strong>and NUIS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In September 2023, from the total of 44 companies<\/a> licensed as audiovisual media, only 39 emerge with an active Licence and NUIS. Agon Channel<\/a> and A1 Report<\/a> turn out to have a revoked license, whereas Glob<\/a> Tv is a natural person nd Channel 7<\/a>, non-active company. Likewise, the Public Operator Albanian Radio Television does not sumit its Balance Sheets in the National Business Center, being a public entity not registered for commercial activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
