{"id":23074,"date":"2024-12-24T15:46:26","date_gmt":"2024-12-24T15:46:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ndiqparate.al\/?p=23074"},"modified":"2024-12-24T15:49:56","modified_gmt":"2024-12-24T15:49:56","slug":"payments-for-classified-secret-contracts-by-akshi-6-64-billion-leke-over-six-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndiqparate.al\/?p=23074&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Payments for Classified (Secret) Contracts by AKSHI: 6.64 Billion ALL Over Six Years"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Classified contracts involve the procurement of services or equipment where, due to national security considerations, the state authority refrains from issuing public announcements or publishing related data and contract drafts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such contracts, conducted as closed procurements without open competitive bidding and restricted to a predefined group of contractors, can often be associated with challenges to competition and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only available information on these contracts is sourced from Treasury Transactions, which provide insights into payments made to beneficiary companies for their services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Agency for Information Society (AKSHI) is one of the authorized entities empowered to execute Classified Contracts in accordance with state security and secrecy requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Between 2019 to December 12, 2024, AKSHI processed 1,122 transactions through the Treasury, amounting to a cumulative total of 6 640 295 292 ALL (approximately 6.64 billion ALL ).
