T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat jan\u00eb hulumtuar n\u00eb faqet zyrtare t\u00eb Institucioneve Kryesore si Kuv\u00ebndi; K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave dhe Presidenca.<\/p>\n<p>Pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb para shum\u00ebpartiake t\u00eb zhvilluara m\u00eb 31 mars 1991, parlamenti me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb, me propozim t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb&nbsp; Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb&nbsp; votoi&nbsp; zotin Ramiz Alia si President t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs.&nbsp; Presiadenti Alia u mandatua n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb post m\u00eb 30 prill 1991, ai \u00ebshte diplomuar n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Partis\u00eb. Pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parakohshme parlamentare t\u00eb 22 marsit 1992 ku fitoi koalicioni i opozit\u00ebs, m\u00eb 3 prill 1992 zoti Alia dha dor\u00ebheqje nga posti i Presidentit.<br \/>Z.Alia u pasua n\u00eb detyr\u00eb nga z. Sali Berisha me profil profesional mjek. Pas fitores n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb koalicionit opozitar t\u00eb drejtuar prej tij, zoti Berisha m\u00eb 9 prill 1992 u zgjodh President i Republik\u00ebs, detyr\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u rizgjodh edhe m\u00eb 3 Mars 1997. z. Berisha&nbsp; dha dor\u00ebheqje nga posti i Presidentit nj\u00eb muaj pas humbjes n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe fitores s\u00eb koalicionit t\u00eb majt\u00eb.<br \/>M\u00eb 24 korrik 1997 me propozim t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb zgjodhi zotin Meidani President t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs,mandati i te cilit perfundoi ne 24 korrik 2002. Studimet universitare te Presidentit Meidani jane ne deg\u00ebn Fizik\u00eb.<br \/>Presidenti Alfred Moisiu u mandatua p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar si kryetar shteti nga Korriku i 2002-shit deri n\u00eb Korrik 2007. Sipas jet\u00ebshkrimit zoti Moisiu ka studiuar p\u00ebr Inxhinieri Ushtarake.<br \/>Presidenti aktual zoti Bamir topi mori detyr\u00ebn e Presidentit te Republikes ne Korrik 2007 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb Presidenti aktual i Shqiperise.
