Si t\u00eb tilla ato p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb edhe nga fonde publike e nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht kan\u00eb edhe fonde t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb krijuara nd\u00ebr vite. Parti parlamentare jan\u00eb parti q\u00eb kan\u00eb fituar dhe zot\u00ebrojn\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb kuvend nga zgjedhjet pararend\u00ebse. N\u00eb Zgjedhjet p\u00ebr Kuvend 2009, si parti parlamentare figurojn\u00eb PD, PSSH, LSI, PR, PSD, PAA, AD PBDNJ, PDK, PDSSH, BLD. Pesha e k\u00ebtyre partive n\u00eb totalin e fondeve elektorale \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr e madhe. Kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn 21 % t\u00eb totalit t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs. Rregullat e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij fondi jan\u00eb parashikuar n\u00eb Kodin Zgjedhor, nenin 87. <p><\/p>\n<p>Te ardhura te subjekteve nga persona fizik ose juridik pra donacionet, ( Neni 89. Kodi Zgjedhor), jan\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb shume i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i pasqyrave financiare te partive politike parlamentare. Sikurse e shohim edhe te paraqitur grafikisht, ato z\u00ebn\u00eb 29 % te totalit te fondeve, me nj\u00eb vlere absolute prej 90 347 316 Lek\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Por burimi i cili financon pjes\u00ebn me te madhe te madhe te shpenzimeve, \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i fondeve te vete partive p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn. Kjo parti ne baze t\u00eb ligjit, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb domosdoshmerisht nga ky fond, pasi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parti parlamentare. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb n\u00ebse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb mosdeklarim nga ana e subjektit, apo ne kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb plot\u00eb me ligjin, Partia Demokristiane, nuk ka p\u00ebrfituar nga Fondi Publik.
