Shpenzimet Buxhetore p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime telefonike jan\u00eb pagesa t\u00eb pakthyeshme q\u00eb kryen Qeveria dhe t\u00eb tjera Institucione Buxhetore, p\u00ebr realizimin e funksioneve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve telefonike. Operatori i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb ka ark\u00ebtuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb mjete monetare n\u00eb vitin 2012 \u00ebsht\u00eb Vodafone Albania, e cila ka ark\u00ebtuar 65,905,798 lek\u00eb, pra 18% t\u00eb totalit. Por n\u00eb vitin pasues, pra 2013, ky pozicionim ka ndryshuar pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit operatori i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb ka ark\u00ebtuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb mjete monetare nga Institucionet Buxhetore \u00ebsht\u00eb Plus Communication me 21% ndaj totalit.\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb total gjat\u00eb vitit 2012 jan\u00eb regjistruar 361,931,278 lek\u00eb shpenzime buxhetore p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime telefonike.
