In 2009 this quantity is 44% higher than in 2008, whereas in 2010-the increase was 78%. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Despite the positive steps production by private HEC-s accounts for only 2% of the total production. Menawhile according to the Statistical Bulletin of 2009, published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy only during 2007-2009 87 concessional contracts have been signed, for a total number of 208 HEC-s. The investment value of these soon-to-operate HEC-s&nbsp; is about 238 billion leke, and the energy produced is expected to reach 4214 GWh.
