The data were obtained from the electronic newsletters or manuals of the Central Election Commission. This research article contains statistical as well as specific information on the mayoral winners in the local elections of 2000, 2003, 2007 and 2011. ODA analysis shows that of the list in the 2007 elections six mayors or nine per cent of the last won a third mandate.
