The data have been researched on the official sites of the main institutions such as the Parliament, the Council of Ministers and the Presidency.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Open Data analysis research in the tenure of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers from 11 May 2011 to November 2011 have been respectively : Mr. Fatos Nano with academic profile in Political Economy; Mr. Ylli Bufi with an university degree in Industrial Chemistry; Mr. Vilson Ahmeti graduated in Mechanical Engineering; Mr.Aleksander Meksi graduated in Construction Engineering; Mr. Bashkim Fino with professional profile as Economist; Mr. Pandeli Majko graduated in Mechanical Engineering ; Mr. Ilir Meta with an university degree in Political Economy and Mr. Sali Berisha with professional and academic profile in Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>From May 1991 to November 2011 Albanians have been governed&nbsp; in 31,02 % of the time from Chairman of the Council of Ministers with professional profile as Doctor; in 30,80% of the time from Chairman of the Council of Ministers with professional profile in Political Economy; in 24,68% of the time from Chairman of the Councils of Ministers with University studies in Construction&nbsp; Engineering; in 9,14% of the time from Chairman of the Councils of&nbsp; Minister with university studies in Mechanical Engineering;
