{"id":8856,"date":"2012-03-03T16:42:32","date_gmt":"2012-03-03T16:42:32","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2012-03-03T16:42:32","modified_gmt":"2012-03-03T16:42:32","slug":"state-budget-transfers-for-social-insurance-during-1993-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndiqparate.al\/?p=8856&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"State Budget Transfers for Social Insurance during 1993-2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The transfer from the State Budget to the Special Fund of Social Insurance is calculated as the difference between revenues of social insurance and social insurance outlays. A large part of this amount serves to cover the deficit in social insurance scheme, which suffers from the insufficiency of contributions collected to cover pensions.
