The report is based on World Bank data.<p><\/p>\n<p>Bank interest on this disease has been to conclude&nbsp; the performance, treatments and&nbsp; to know whether the objectives of reducing the number of persons affected by this disease are reached. Another&nbsp; reason is&nbsp; the fact that tuberculosis is an indicator of welfare and the diseases&nbsp; shows the level of health services.Tuberculosis is a&nbsp; disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This is a positive trend, but that should be compared with the countries of the region, to create a better idea of the situation. Compared with the region, Albania ranked second lowest (has lower index), regarding the incidence of tuberculosis disease after Greece.
