We note that overseas flight this year was considered a criminal offense and punished with heavy penalties. Not very clearly shows the net migration in 1986-1990. According to these five years,&nbsp; the value is positive, so we have no significant outflows.<\/p>\n<p>After 1990, net migration have emphasized the negative values, which proves the intensity of migration and deportation. This influx of high levels recorded between 2001-2005 and 2006-2010.
