SP has submitted for auditing comprehensive balance sheets of its collected and spent funds after the completion of the election process. The electoral finances of this political party consist in public and non-public funds and also in the electoral subject?s own funds.<p><\/p>\n<p>During the 2009 electoral campaign, SP has spent 101,746,870 Leks. Total collected funds amount to 93,607,440 Leks, and the balance sheet for the 2009 electoral campaign records an excess of expenses equal to 8,139,430 Leks or 8% of the total expenses. Thus, the SP has collected for its electoral campaign a total amount of 93,607,440 Leks. Out of the total, the subject&#8217;s revenues from Public Funding in conformity with Article 87 of the Electoral Code amount to 13,693,204 Leks. In addition, the SP has collected 6,855,136 Leks through private donations. It is worth emphasizing that for the donations in kind, whose monetary worth exceeds the legal limit of 100,000 Leks, the donors? names are recorded as prescribed by the Electoral Code.
