Electoral process 2009, 2011, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">Open Data Albania researched over the total number of electors in electors list for two recent election processes of 2009 and 2011 and also the process that is going to happen in June 2013. The overall trend noticed regarding the number of citizens on the list from 2009 in 2013 was upwards.
