This article is formulated predicting actions of a person exercising a right that belongs or that he thinks it belongs to him and that is not recognized by the other, without resorting to the competent state authority.<p><\/p>\n<p>This action constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by fine or imprisonment up to three months. For this offense, during this period it appears that 388 cases were investigated and 477 people were sentenced. The volume of this offense is problematic as long as the cases are associated with social conflicts, and often are finalized with physical harm to life, property and rights in general.
