In the Assembly Election Campaign 2013, there were sixty ? eight subjects competing among which: sixty ? six political parties and two independent candidates. To support the campaign activities, political parties stated that they have accumulated a fund of 241,211,140 ALL. For the first time in the short history of the allegation of financial resources for an election campaign, the money received from donations is the first source of financing by value.

According to what the parties claim, 50 % of the money made available to the campaign was money donated by donors. While the source of funding from public funds of the state budget passed in second place worth only 27.59 % of the total fund collected for the campaign. Funds of the parties themselves collected in years, or the contributions and the membership subscriptions, are 15.3 % of the total fund. <\/p>\n

A source of funding provided by the law for the campaign media time that is obtained as free advertising versus the deduction of the fiscal obligation of the media subject to the state is 6.8 % of the total value of campaign funds . Accounting statements of both parties such as LSI and PDIU report specifically the benefit under this provision of the Election Code.<\/p>\n
