The budget includes twenty-two prisons, detention facilities and reformatory institutions, the General Directorate of Prisons and Hospital&#8217;s Prison in Tirana. This budget has to do with the value of transactions made by each institution for costs associated with food, payroll services, transportation, security, etc. <\/p>\n<p>This article is realized by <a href=\"http:\/\/spending.data.al\/sq\/treasury\/index\">Treasury Transaction Monitoring<\/a>, a process made possible from <a href=\"http:\/\/spending.data.al\/\">Spending Data Albania<\/a>. platform.
