During the year the majority of accidents on roads have happened in urban areas, respectively 1,386 accidents from 2,075 in total. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure reports that in 2013, in most cases of accidents the weather has been dry. Respectively, 1,748 road accidents happened in dry weather, other 312 accidents happened in rainy weather, in snowy weather there were 12 accidents and in 2 cases of accidents there was fog.<\/p>\n<p><b>Road accidents &#8211; According to the weather conditions in 2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/><\/b><br \/><iframe frameborder=\"0\" width=\"630\" height=\"200\" scrolling=\"no\" seamless=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1FAoOB2eyxh_OEV3SPLsf83RnW_6csxsoXfhb_nOP_Dg\/pubchart?oid=486843092&amp;format=interactive\"><\/iframe><br \/><sup>Source: Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure<br \/>Comments and analysis: ODA<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>The period with the highest number of accidents in Albania seems to be the summer season during which the number of immigrants is higher and people travel more because of the summer season. The months that have seen more accidents in 2013 are July and August, respectively, 209 and 224 accidents occurred.
