The official exchange rate of foreign currencies to ALL is represented by a single value and is published by the Bank of Albania. In a country with a small and open economy just like ALL exchange rates plays a significant role in the price level and the balance of payments. During the same period, the performance of the US dollar against All appears more volatile. The calculation of the value for this amount of reserves changes with the change of the price in this market.
