In 2015, the number of voters on the official list was 3,372,471, a figure which was generated from the database of the Central Election Commission.

In 2015 versus 2013, the number of voters in Tirana region has been increased by 3.97%. Kukes is the region with the lowest number of voters. The region with the largest increase in the number of voters from 2013 elections up to 2015 election is Durres with an increasing rate of 5.57%.
