Training Workshop was held, focusing on key theoretical and practical aspects of the state budget process.
The session covered topics such as the drafting and approval of the state budget, the legal framework of the budget cycle, the roles of the Council of Ministers and Parliament, public access to budget information, taxation legislation, government expenditure allocation, and oversight by the Albanian Supreme State Audit. The workshop also included a presentation of the Parliament’s budget publication website.
A total of 25 participants attended, including 19 young beneficiaries (17 women and 2 men), along with staff and trainers.
