The average monthly wage in Albania is 35,000 Leks (roughly $350), according to a study by Open Data Albania which covered the private and public sector wages in Albania over the last ten years by using data from Albania’s Institute of Statistics.
Meanwhile, the minimum wage is 20,000 Leks (roughly $200) and the maximal wage is 88,000 Leks per month (roughly $880). The sector of transportation and telecommunication had the highest average wage of 39,800 Leks per month, followed by the industry sector with an average wage of 39,433 Leks monthly, Tv Scan reports.
